Every sale must have an opportunity.
Quotes must be created from opportunities.
It is possible to sell multiple serialized products on one Opportunity.
It is possible to sell multiple serial numbers per product on one opportuntity.
Create an Opportunity
Search the existing opportunities first before creating a new one.
You can also search Accounts by names, email, or phone number, then navigate to the account to see if there is an opportuntity created already for the account.

Creating Quotes
Click New Quote to To create a new quote, click New Quote.
If there are existing quotes already, you can clone one of them to create a new quote.
When you clone, the system will bring you to the new cloned quote automatically, and change the Syncing field to new quote so the updates will be sync’d to the Opportuntity automatically from the new quote.
The previous quote is saved for the archiving purpose.To clone from an existing quote, click Quote Number to go to the Quote page, then click the Clone button. After cloning, you will be on the new quote automatically with the same header and lines as the cloned quote. The new Quote will have Syncing checked automatically.

After you finalized the products and quantity, navigate to Payment tab, to select a Finance Company.
The finance programs associated with the finance company will be automaticlly populated.
You can continue to adjust Participation Fee and Dealer’s Margin as needed.
All End User Quotes must start from an opportunity.
Search an existing opportuntity first to mak sure you don’t create duplicates.
If there is no opportunity, create a new work.

Then select a Finance Program. The total Selling Price, and Estimated Dealer’s Cost will be allocated down to the detailed lines using Dealer Cost field for each of the products.
The system will populate Dealer’s Margin, and recalculate Unit Price.

Navigate to the Customer tab. You can use Phone No. or email to search for an existing customer.
Select the customer, then the system will automatically names and address to the quote, together with customer id.
If you update customer’s names and address, then save, the system will automaticaly update the account with the updated information.
If the customer is a new customer, using a template account, with New Customer Template = yes, the system will create a new account with the customer’s name, and address.

The detailed finance program will be saved to the Finance Program Details field on the Quote.
