  1. From Sales Order, create Whse Shipment, then create pick.

  2. From Sales Order, use the Wave Pick to create:

    1. Wave Pick

      1. Consolidate quantities by item.

      2. Move inventory from Pick bins to Cross-Dock bin.

    2. Individual Pick

      1. Move inventory from Cross-Dock bin to Ship bin.

    3. Whse Shipment

      1. Deduct inventory from the warehouse.

  3. Creating Wave Picks

    1. 98% of bins are pickable. We don’t want to have storage bins.

    2. How many Zones do we have:

      1. B2B

      2. B2C

    3. For B2B Orders

      1. Must

      pick inventory for B2C orders from a certain zone
      1. pick from pick bins with B2B Zone

    4. For B2C Orders

      1. Must pick from pick bins with B2C Zone.

    5. Must use replenishment to move inventory from

      other zones

      one Zone to the

      B2C zon

      Inventory can be picked from all zones for B2B ordersother. How?

    6. Allocation Status on the Sales Order must be Full, before a Wave Pick is allowed.

  4. Posting Picks

    1. For B2C, the Whse team can batch post Wave Pick and Individual Picks.

    2. For B2C, Whse team should post Wave Pick, then individual picks one by one.

      1. Only some shipments may be picked and packed when the FEDEX/UPS truck comes.
