As of 04/15/24 meeting, we assume all End User Quote must start with an opportunity created already.

Start Quote

Click the New End User Quote on the Opportunity List.

The Quote will be displayed.

Add Customer Info

Search by Phone No. or Email

Use this field to search.

...

Search by Name

Use Customer Account field to search.

...

The search result will only show “End User” Accounts.

After you select a customer, the system will automatically populate the name and the address to the quote, together with the customer ID.

If the customer does not exist in the database, the system will create a new account with the entered customer’s name and address.

Currently, if you change the Customer’s First Name, Last Name, Phone, Email and Address, the changes are NOT copied back to the account.

Assigned Dealer

Default to the account that is linked to the Assigned Salesperson.

Assigned Salesperson

Default to the contact that is linked to the logged-in user.

Update these fields as necessary.

Then Click Save or Quick Save.

The Opportunity will automatically be created in the background. No need to click “Create
