Overview
Yakta / ArrowQuip uses a special SKU design to help them setup their planning parameters as per business needs
All Planning Parameters from the Item page and are managed through SKU planning values.
When creating a new item, SKU will be is automatically created right away with these defaults
Replenishment System = blank.
Warehouse = Main
Reorder Cycle Days Days = 7
If Inventory Class = Finished Good, Maximum Qty. = 1
When populating the Preferred Vendor is populated on SKU, “Locked populate the Locked Lead Time” Time field on SKU will be updated from Vendor’s “Default Lead Time”When “Default Lead Time” is updated if it is blank.
Users can overwrite the Locked Lead Time field.
When updating the Default Lead Time on the Vendor Account, “Locked Lead Time” for all SKUs with the same Preferred Vendor will be updated. On SKU, Locked Lead time won’t be editable as it will be controlled from Preferred Vendor’s “Default Lead Time” fieldDO NOT update SKUs Locked Lead Time.
Users must manually update the Locked Lead Time on the SKU.
On SKU, If “Replenishment System = Purchase”Purchase,” the following fields are required
Preferred Vendor
Locked Lead Time
Reorder Cycle
