YAKTA wants to use Quantity allocation on Work Order Just like we do on Sales Order

Design (Option 1)

• On GF Work Order, Add Allocate function that should

  • Allocate Work lines Quantity from the Main Warehouse and Pick Bin defined on that Item

• Add Item Allocations (WO) on Work Order

• On Item, Create a Split the Allocated Qty base into

  • Qty Base Allocated on Work Orders

  • Qty Base Allocated on Sales Orders

  • Add Available Qty to show Qty Base on Hand - ( Qty Base Allocated on WO + Qty Base Allocated on SO) on Item

  • Add Available Qty to show Qty Base on Hand - ( Qty Base Allocated on WO + Qty Base Allocated on SO) on Bin Contents

YAKTA will use Pick to move inventory from designated bin to Input Bin

Design (Option 2)

• Use Pick Activity to allocate inventory to Work lines

• Rename “On Pick Quantity” to “ Allocated to WO” on Bin Contents
