Overview

For a streamlined and seamless transition from the Sales Cloud into Goldfinch, YAKTA is using Opportunity to Sales Order integration. This will enable the Skudo Yakta team to keep both Opportunity / Sales order Order lines consistent.

Create GF Sales Order from SF Opportunity

  • If the Opportunity Opportunity’s Stage = is Closed Won, Click “Create GF Sales Order” button to create a Sales Order from the opportunity.

  • The Items should be linked with Products for Sales orders to add sales lines, you will get the message if it's not linked

  • After creating Sales order, it will populate on Sales order lookup field on the opportunity

  • In the Sales order , the related Opporunity will be populated.

  • When the Opportunity stage is Closed Won, this will check the field (Ready to Create Sales order).

  • If this checkbox is true (checked), you can click on Ready to Create Sales Order will be checked. (The formula is editable)

  • The Products on the Opportunity must be linked to Items

    • You will get an error message if it's not linked

    • Default Purchasing Type from Item will be copied to the Sales Line.

  • After creating a Sales Order, it will populate on Sales order the Sales Order lookup field on the opportunity will be populated.

  • In On the Sales Order, you will have a related opportunitythe Opportunity lookup field will be populated.

  • Once a Sales Order is created, the Opportunity cannot be moved back to Commitment or Closed Won.
