Overview

For a streamlined and seamless transition from the Sales Cloud into Goldfinch, YAKTA is using Opportunity to Sales Order integration. This will enable the Yakta team to keep both Opportunity / Sales order lines consistent.

How it works

  • If the Opportunity Stage = Closed Won, Ready to Create Sales Order will be checked. (The formula is editable)

  • Click “Create GF Sales Order” button to create a Sales Order from the opportunity.

  • The Products on the Opportunity must be linked to Items, or you will get the message if it's not linked

  • After creating Sales order, Sales order lookup field on the opportunity will be populated.

  • On the Sales order , Opportunity lookup field will be populated.
