Overview
For a streamlined and seamless transition from the Sales Cloud into Goldfinch, YAKTA is using Opportunity to Sales Order integration. This will enable the Yakta team to keep both Opportunity / Sales order lines consistent.
How it works
If the Opportunity Stage = Closed Won, Ready to Create Sales Order will be checked. (The formula is editable)
Click “Create GF Sales Order” button to create a Sales Order from the opportunity.
The Products on the Opportunity must be linked to Items, or you will get the message if it's not linked
After creating Sales order, Sales order lookup field on the opportunity will be populated.
On the Sales order , Opportunity lookup field will be populated.
