There are 2 options to assign serial numbers.
Option 1 - On the top section of the Related List, you will see a list of Serial Tracked products.
Yellow - Partially assigned
Green - Completely assigned
Pink - None assigned
Click the Product to assign or unassign serial numbers.
Option 2 - Click the Product field on the Opportunity Product with Serial Tracked = true.
Click Assign Serial No.
You can Assign or Unassign Serial Numbers for the product.
You will only see Serial Numbers that are associated with the Dealer Account and are not assigned to other opportunities.
Click Save to save the assignment.
The program will check Serial No. assignment when the Opportunity Status is changed to Close.
