Meeting 10/3/24

Here’s what I got for the agenda for today:

1. Run through of supply plan:

   1. How do I set up parts to work in supply plan - one warehouse

   2. A walk through of the supply plan process

   3. Creating work orders from supply plan

   4. Setting due dates when creating work orders from supply plan as opposed to sales order

2. Switching Yakta parts for purchasing as FG to parts of the process being built at Arrowquip:

   1. Can I buy a part, do a work order to powder coat it using the same part #?

   2. Do I need a different part # for each stage of the part (raw, powder coated,)

   3. How do we set this up in the system to buy a part, then work order to powder coat it before sending it to assembly?

   4. How can I make the work order demand appear on a schedule? Or work center load

   5. Simplified shop work order tracking, (not having to post production journal by guys on the floor)

3. Allocations:

   1. We have some issues we noticed today that need addressed.
