Custom PDF Headers

Overview

LabelX has two entities, represented in GoldFinch by two GL Ledgers - CA & US. The PDF headers for Sales Order, Sales Invoice, Purchase Order, Purchase Invoice and the Packing Slip should closely mirror the 2nd page of the below attachment (let’s try our best to get the same look).

Requirements

• Look at how it was done for Ad Magic Inc.

• Need to add Address Information to the GL Ledger object in LabelX UAT

  • Company Street

  • Company City

  • Company State/Province

  • Company Postal Code

  • Company Country

• When a PDF document is printed for SO, SI, PO, PI and Packing Slip, look to the GL Ledger on the associated transaction

• The company address on the PDF header the Address Information on the relevant GL Ledger

• On Sales Invoice PDF, need to add payment information to the bottom left corner. See below screenshots.

  • Add a text field for Payment Information to GL Ledger object; position it correctly on the PDF doc
