Overview

The Production scheduler enables the YAKTA team to schedule their Sales and production every week.

Production Week Setups

Productin Weeks Setups Table is designed to setup Weekly setups.

  • Create / delete Weeks Schedule

  • Goal Amount

  • Left Over Amount

  • Total Amount

New weeks can be setup manually or through salesforce Import Wizard

Production Scheduler

The Production Scheduler page is design to show Weekly Production Loads . The Loads can be dragged / dropped to other weeks to manage production schedule accordingly.

  • Start Date is default to the first date of the previous week.

  • No. of Weeks is default to 8

  • Users can change both fields and then update.

  • The first 2 columns display Opportunities in Commitment or Closed Won statuses but not yet scheduled.

  • Users can move opportunities to any week.

  • Total Amount for the week will be updated, and Leftover will be calculated based on Goal - Total Amount.

  • If Leftover < 0, the header’s color will be changed to orange.

  • Once an opportunity is scheduled (Production Scheduling Week is filled in), the Opportunity cannot be moved back from Commitment or Closed Won.

Production Week List View

Production Scheduler uses an Opportunity’s List view called “Production Scheduler” and filters can be applied from here.

User Interface

  • Any Opportunity in “Commitment Stage” without Production week and Sales Order will show in “Commitment ( Not Scheduled)” Section

  • Any Opportunity in “Closed Won Stage” without production week and Sales Order will show in “Closed Won, Not Scheduled” Section

Card Colors Conditions

If Synched Quote stage = “ Sent to Dealer” and “Sales Order is not created” then Card Color = “RED”

If Synched Quote stage = “ Approved by Dealer”, and “Sales Order is not created” then Card Color = “YELLOW”

If Synched Quote stage = “ In Production”, or “Sales Order is created” then Card Color = “GREEN”

If Synched Quote stage = “ Order Received ”, then Card Color = “WHITE”

Currency Filter

The opportunities can be filtered based on selected currencies (USD, CAD and Mixed Dollars). The Selection of currency will show you the opportunity which are in that selected currency.
