Requirements

• One Sales Order can have multiple warehouses

• One Sales Order can only have one GL LedgerUse

  • For Ad Magic team:

    • When creating GF Sales Orders from Total Sales, use the first Warehouse on Sales Line to determine GL Ledger on the Sales Order header.

  System

  • • Make sure all Warehouses on the Sales Order belongs to the same GL Ledger.

• GoldFinch will create a Whse Shipment per Warehouse.

• When creating a Sales Invoice:

  System must populate

  GoldFinch will create one Sales Invoice because there is only one GL Ledger.

  • There will be no back order.

  • GoldFinch populates the Account Posting Setup field on SIL based on Warehouse on SIL.

Requirements

• On New Sales Order, Warehouse field should be set to equal the Warehouse value on the 1st Sales Line
