One Sales Order with 2 Warehouses

Requirements

1. Sales Orders and Warehouses

   • One Sales Order can have multiple Warehouses.

2. Sales Orders and GL Ledgers

   • One Sales Order can only have one GL Ledger.

3. Ad Magic Team Guidelines

   • When creating GF Sales Orders from Total Sales:

     • Use the first Warehouse on the Sales Line to determine the GL Ledger for the Sales Order header.

   • Ensure all Warehouses on the Sales Lines belong to the same GL Ledger.

4. GoldFinch Processing

   • GoldFinch will create:

     • A Whse Shipment per Warehouse.

     • One Sales Invoice because there is only one GL Ledger.

   • No backorders will be allowed.

   • GoldFinch will populate the Account Posting Setup field on SIL based on the Warehouse associated with the SIL.
