1. Setup by following the steps in the “Stripe Configurations” documentation. https://mdnusa.atlassian.net/wiki/x/FQD0og

2. Since AdMagic has multiple Stripe accounts, one Payment Gateway Connection is set up for each Stripe account.

   Note: Both AdMagic and BlackBox share a Payment Gateway Account because the API key and Secret provided are the same.
   

How to use Stripe with GoldFinch

One all payment gateway connections are configured. Use following steps to receive payments against GoldFinch Sales Invoices.

On Sales invoice,

• Click on “Payment Terminal' Button”

Open

• On the Next Page, Click on “Request Payment”

Open

• Select the Stripe Account you would like to use for Recieving payment in.

• On “Payment Request” Screen,

You can select “ Recepient”. The Receipients will be avaialble contacts against Customer Account

You can Preview Invoice PDF

You can allow Customer to to make Partial Payment

• Once Send Email action is complete, an Activity will appear on Sales invoice for Email sent to the customer for payment request.

• On Customer Side, when they recieve email and click on “Pay Now” link, the will be directed to Stripe payment site

Once Payment is processed, you can see the payment status as “ Charged” on Payment Terminal

You can Schedule a Job to Create Customer Receipt , Post and Apply against the payment recieved. This will complete payment process and Sales invoice “ Payment Status' will be updated to “Fully Paid:”
