Replenishment Movement

Replenishment Movement

Overview

As per YAKTA’s recommendations, the following improvements are made in the Movement Replenishments on the Work Orders list to provide more accurate visibility and added controls to keep the data consistent.

Added Validation Rules for the Create Replenishment Movement Button

When creating replenishment movement for multiple Work Orders, the system will check and generate an error message if:

  • There is more than one warehouse on selected work orders.

  • The Input Bin is not the same on all work orders.

Other Changes

  • The Inventory on Replenishment movement page will exclude Input Bin Quantity from On Hand Qty. This will help you plan more effectively.

  • On the “Create Replenishment Movement” confirmation page:

    • Added new Column named “Qty to Move” which will show the quantity that needs to be moved.

    • Added new Column named “Available to Move” which will show Quantity that is available to be moved.

      • “Available to Move” = On hand – on pick/on move – input bin

    • When creating replenishment movement, system will not suggest “Input Bin” as the move from the bin.
