Steps to Assign and Run Reports:

1. Assign a Region on the Account.

2. Run reports on Sales Invoice tables.

Accounting Variable 1 - Division

• Required for all Income Statement accounts

• Default Accounting Variable 1 on Item

  • If Is YK Item = true, then Division = Yakta

  • If Is AQ Item = true, then Division = Arrowquip

• Populated automatically to:

  • Sales Order (SO)

  • Sales Invoice (SI)

  • Purchase Order (PO)

  • Purchase Invoice (PI)

  • Inventory Journal (IJ)

  • Work Order (WO)

Accounting Variable 2 - Department

• Required for all expense GL Accounts starting from 7

• Values:

  • Administration

  • Finance

  • IT

  • Leads Team

  • Management

  • Operations

  • Product Development

  • Sales
