There is a field on the warehouse Setup "Remove from Menu". If the removed from menu is marked on the warehouse, SKUs created for that warehouse will be marked as removed from menu. When the SKU gets updated, that flow won't be triggered, unless users manually uncheck the "Remove from Menu".
That flow (GF Remove from Menu) is only triggered when creating new, unless users manually uncheck the "Remove from Menu"
