We assume every End User Quote must have an opportunity created already.
Remove the Dealer Account and Salesperson fields from the Quote object.
Remove Price Book field from Quote object
On the Edit End User Quote page:
Hide the Customer section. The customer account is entered already on the opportunity. No need to search or enter a new account.
Hide the Opportunity section. We don’t need to create an opportunity again.
Clean up the Opportunity page by removing the following fields
Remove the End User Quote button on the Opportunity list.
