Two routines are scheduled to run every night.

Non Sellable Update routine:

If Include Incoming Qty. is not checked,

  • When create/update items, if Main Available > 0, Non sellable = false, or true,

If Include Incoming Qty. is checked,

  • if Main Available + Incoming Qty > 0, Non sellable = false, or true

On TO Line, when searching items, items with Non sellable = true do not appear.  

 

The Item SKU Update routine:

 

In Met, the following 5 fields are updated REAL TIME

  • On Hand

  • Allocated

  • Incoming

  • Transfer Out

  • Waiting

Item SKU Update is scheduled to run daily to fix any errors.

The routine will search for Warehouse and Item combinations where the Item is not Blocked, the Item Type is Inventory, and the Warehouse has been configured with Enable Demand Forecasting, and create missing SKUs.

This routine also RECALCULATES On Hand, Transfer Out, Allocated, Incoming, Available fields on SKUs

Currently, all digital warehouses have Enabled for Demand Forecasting = true.
