Sales Quotes Process

Tax Area

• Tax Area on the Service quote and Parts quote is from the Warehouse

• Tax Area on the Trailer quote is from the Sell-to or Ship-to

Click new to create a new sales quote on the project

• Customer and Project will be passed to the sales quote

There are 3 record types.

• Click the Change Record Type button to change it.

• Users are not allowed to enter new sales orders on the project page

All orders are converted from sales quotes.

• Record Type will be passed to Sales Order.

• Users are not allowed to change Record Type on the SAles Order.
