Children Sales Orders

I created 2 Residential Customers
For one of the customers:
- I exploded the BOM
- Created an Invoice
  - But I can't create a prepayment invoice without creating a shipment.
  - We might need to make an enhancement for that.
    - Perhaps an Order Type that doesn't require shipment?
  - For now I just created a regular invoice so it shows up in the related list.
For the other customer
- I left the BOM un-exploded
- No Invoice
  - So you can show them how it works.

"Parent" Sales Orders

Phase #1
- Created 2 Item Lines for Shipment
  - Processed that Shipment
- Created 1 for Labor
  - Special Order
  - Created the Purchase Order
    - Vendor = Fence Installers Inc.
Phase #2
- 1 Item for Shipment
- 1 for Labor
- I didn't process the Shipment or Create a Purchase Order
  - So you can show them how it works
