Retail Sales Orders

Fencescape needs to differentiate between Retail orders and Project Install orders, starting at the Quote level

Will use SF Quote for Project Install orders

For Retail orders, explore either using GF Quotes then Convert to SO or go straight to SO and add a Create Quote button to print a Quote PDF from the SO

Retail orders can either be picked up at the company’s warehouse in Ontario (HST sales tax) or shipped to the customer (sales tax area will be driven by the shipping address on the Account)

To configure the calculation of Sales taxes correctly, we need to add two checkboxes to SO header

• Retail Order checkbox and Pick Up Order checkbox

• When both boxes are checked, default the shipping address and tax area on SO header to Company Setup.

From the Retail SO, create a shipment and package for customer pick-up or shipping.

• Should the Retail Order and Pick Up Order checkboxes be on the WS?

WS is posted either when the package is shipped or the customer picks up
