Clone an existing agency account to create a new agency account.

• Record Type must be SITE

• Review and update the following fields on the page.

  • Populate the Warehouse field after it is created.

• Add Alternate Shipping records

• Add Contacts.

  • Then update the Shipping Contact field on the Account and on Alternate Shipping for emailing transfer orders.

• Statics Tracking

  • How many people are served

  • Updated daily from Posted Sales Invoices

• Pounds Delivered

  • How many LBs are delivered

  • Updated daily from Posted Sales Invoices

• Grant Tracking

  • Use Projects and Project Tasks objects

  • Grant Used is updated by GoldFinch from

    • Transfer Orders

    • Not from Purchase Orders
