ArrowQuip Sales Pipeline implementation on YAKTA (W?)
Record Types
For Different Page Layouts, we will need to differentiate YAKTA / ArrowQuip Record Types for Account, Contact , Opportunities , and setup permissions for users on record types.
YAKTA-End User
YAKTA- Commercial
YAKTA -Dealer Loads
YAKTA- New Dealers
ArrowQuip-End User
ArrowQuip- Commercial
ArrowQuip -Dealer Loads
ArrowQuip- New Dealers
All Record types will have different page layouts / Fields Visibility
Price Book
Use same Price book “ YAKTA PriceBook” by adding ArrowQuip products with prices too. Rename to YAKTA-ArrowQuip Pricebook

Quote Name should pull from the Opportunity Name automatically, have asked Wassem about this a number of times.
Finance Company, Finance Program, Finance Details but perhaps it is used on end user pipeline. On Dealer loads or New Dealer it is not required.
Sales rep needs to get it approved by dealer (this is a current stage). This will be the trigger for production planning to either enter in sage (AQ orders for now until in GF) and Yakta (straight into Goldfinch)
Remove Description Box
Prepared for seems a lot of duplicate information, why can’t it pull from the opportunity?
Same with the address information, I have asked Wassem about this many times, still not been fixed.
Can we have two buttons at the top – one with Arrowquip logo and one with Yakta – could be generate AQ Confirmation, Generate Yakta Confirmation (same with quotations)
