Overview

YAKTA wants to streamline their Account Page layouts and conversion from Lead to Account, Opportunity and contact.

Do we need to create page layout for Dealer’s Account? Currently, YAKTA is using single page layout for “Dealer / commerical / New Dealers” ??

Scott: not yet…let’s do the related lists first.

Changes on Account Page

  1. On the “Dealer’s Account page”, Add the Opportunities Related list filtered by Opportunity Record type

  • Show Separate Opportunities related list for Dealer Opportunities with Record Types =

    • New Dealers

    • Dealers Loads

  • Show Separate Opportunities related list for End User Opportunities with Record Types =

    • End User

    • Commercial

 

  1. On the “Dealer’s Account page”, add the Contacts Related list filtered by Contact Record type

  • Show Separate Contacts related list for Account Contacts with Record Types =

    • Dealers

    • Supplier

    • Blank

  • Show Separate Contacts related list for End User Contacts with Record Type =

    • End User

    • Commercial
