POS Receipts Security

• Add GoldFinch Customer Receipt lookup field, and Customer Receipt Document Status (a formula field) to POS Receipts. Done

• If Customer Receipt Document Status is posted, do not allow to delete/modify POS Receipts. - Done

• If a Sales Invoice is posted, do not allow insert/delete/modify POS Receipts. Done

• When posting Sales Invoices for POS Record Type, check to make sure POS Remaining = 0 Done

• When printing invoices for POS Record Type, check to make sure POS Remaining = Done

• Turn on Field Tracking on POS Receipts. Done

• Control the unpost function. Not everyone has access to the unpost function

  • Will need to setup based on user
