LabelX to investigate why the "Generate Quote" button is not appearing in Salesforce Lightning (UAT & Prod)
Research whether it's possible to update the starting Quote Number (e.g. starting at 11,000)
One option is to create a new customer field in the Numbering Series table
Set "0.2 inches" as the default bleed value (Bleed Pricing) for quotes.
Remove the "None" option
ZenCraft integration (LabelX is managing this). The below items are for GF to do when ready:
On Quote Line, configure weight calculation for items based on material build, length, and width
Automatically populate the "Weight" field in the Item UOM table during item creation.
Add a new field called Quote Line Cost on the Quote Line = Unit Cost × Quantity
On Quote header, add a field called Quote Cost that adds up all the Quote Line Costs
Also add Profit and Profit % fields
Profit = Quote Amount – Quote Discount – Quote Cost
Profit % = Profit ÷ Quote Amount
Include a notification system if the profit percentage falls below a predefined threshold
Add Shipping Date field to SO field set in Prod
LabelX do document all production processes (e.g., cutting, printing, finishing) with steps for each.
GoldFinch will then make recommendations on how to best streamline in GFERP
